Award-winning Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, holder of 3 Michelin stars and as seen on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and Portugal’s 24H Kitchen, launched ARCA in November 2021, establishing his first European restaurant outside of Lisbon. As the spirited and laid-back counterpart to his existing much-celebrated restaurants, ARCA brings modern Portuguese sharing plates with Asian influences and impressive cocktails to the table. The Restaurant
Designed to be social, guests can enjoy a selection of petiscos dishes & larger plates, perfect for solo indulgence or shared with others. Signatures include Viera Pil-Pil, Atum Tataki, as well as new additions to the winter menu.
The Bar
Discover ARCA Bar, a laid-back hangout right in the heart of Amsterdam, for anything from after-work drinks & bites, to an easy date night. Unwind with creative cocktails and casual yet delicious bar bites inspired by Portuguese flavours and traditions, all with a modern twist. Launching 6th June, our Signature Cocktail menu celebrates the Course of Life Inspired by the theme of Signature Artist Atelier Van Lieshout’s striking art collection.
