ARCA BEHIND THE PASS X DAVID JESUS

On Wednesday 13th March, Henrique Sá Pessoa & the ARCA team welcome Chef David Jesus, one of Portugal’s youngest decorated chefs and the man behind restaurant Seiva, as our 5th guest in the ARCA Behind the Pass series of chef collaborations.

With both chefs high in the ranks of Portugal’s Mesa Marcada awards, don’t miss the opportunity to get to know them more personally and watch them collaborate behind the pass to bring you a 6 course menu you won’t find anywhere else, and perfectly paired wines to match.

Jesus, schooled in some of the best restaurants in Europe including Diverxo and Frantzen, will be celebrating his plant-based style of cooking – “world cuisine with a vegetable starting point” – while Henrique will be bringing the flavours of Portugal as he’s famously known, with a focus on his favourite ingredients the country has to offer to craft this special menu.

The event starts at 6PM at ARCA Bar and tickets include a welcome drink and chance to mingle with the chefs, plus an extravagant 6 course dinner, wine pairing, water, coffee & tea.
