From the Early Years, to First Dates, Lasting Memories and everything in between, join us on this spirited trip down memory lane!
Each of our eight meticulously crafted cocktails tells a story, evoking nostalgic milestones and reviving the essence of those unforgettable moments. From the first taste of adventure that came with that first sip of beer, to that warm fuzzy feeling on your first date, all the way to the rich array of memories you have to reflect on later in life, let your senses be transported through time with every sip.
MOMENTS TO SAVOUR
First on the cocktail list is Early Years – relive the carefree days of childhood with a playful blend of fruity flavours and a touch of effervescence. This drink is a joyful tribute to the simple pleasures and boundless imagination of youth. Or, savour the First Date, which captures the warm excitement of your first date, be it a coffee, a glass of wine or a night at the cinema. Well, this cocktail blends all of these memories into one unforgettable drink, with flavours that are together roasted, sweet, and boozy. Delicate yet bold, it captures the heart-fluttering excitement of newfound affection. Or for when life is calming down, give Slow Down a sip. Calm, refreshing, stylish with flavours of chamomile, Earl Grey and some added bubbles for a sophisticated touch.
FOOD
Enjoy strong flavours and a relaxed vibe in an inviting design space. The bar menu has been created with the perfect mix of nibbles and petiscos, naughty sandos, classics and sweets. Signature petiscos on the menu, made perfect for sharing, include the traditional Pao Com Tomate with toasted sourdough topped with garlic and ripe tomato for a burst of flavour, or the La Bomba de Verduras, a crispy vegetable bomb with a savoury aioli and spicy salsa brava sauce, and the Cuttlefish Tempura fried to perfection for a zesty bite.
New to the menu is our ‘Sandos & Co.’ selection with modern Portuguese delights including the Bifana Sandwich filled with Iberian pork, a kick of fermented pepper paste and kimchi, all served in a warm bun. Or the Francesinha, a hearty sandwich filled with beef, sausage, bacon, egg, and fries, topped with rich beer sauce with hidden secret ingredient. Finally The CHEEK-Y brings a modern Asian sando to the menu, made even more indulgent by the chilli honey soy-cured egg yolk and slow-cooked pork cheek.
To finish with something sweet, ARCA’s Chocolate Mousse or the Baba De Camelo with sweet caramelized white chocolate, toffee and crumble is one not to miss!
