Dining with the Stars
We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Dining City’s “Dining With the Stars” campaign. Throughout the month of June, indulge in the culinary delights of a 5-course menu for just €60!
Our specially curated menu features a number of our signature dishes, beginning with a selection of artisan breads served alongside homemade butters, extra virgin olive oil and a rich chicken liver parfait. Followed by Salada de Queijo de Cabra, a vibrant combination of courgette tartare, goat’s cheese foam, caramelized walnuts, figs, and seasonal greens. Next, our Atum Tataki — delicately seared tuna with a lively vegetable escabeche, chili, and fresh basil.
For the fish course, Robalo offers perfectly cooked seabass accompanied by roasted cauliflower, Romanesco broccoli, and a creamy fricassé sauce. The main event, Presa Ibérica, features succulent Iberian pork presa with a bold “Bolhão Pato” purée and fresh razor clams.
Dessert begins with Café com Cheirinho — a playful barley parfait with whisky caramel, chocolate air bubbles, and a soft coffee foam. We close the experience with our Petit Fours, a delicate selection of sweet bites to end on the perfect note.
