Erloom is not just a restaurant, it’s a summer‑long culinary journey set on a biological farm in Hilvarenbeek, where nature writes the menu and world‑class chefs bring it to life over open fire.
From May to September, Erloom transforms a working boerderij into one of the Netherlands’ most extraordinary dining experiences: a warm, open‑air pop‑up where every weekend features a new chef from the Netherlands and beyond, each showcasing their creativity through hyper‑seasonal, farm‑fresh ingredients. Last year, Erloom hosted award-winning chefs including Joris Bidendijk, Thomas Dermuth, and George Kataras. This year, we’re proud that Henrique joins the lineup of prestigious chefs.
