ARCA Behind the Pass unfolds as a series of exclusive events where Henrique collaborates with internationally acclaimed guest chefs, crafting a unique menu available for just one night. Hosted quarterly, guests indulge in a welcome drink, mingle with the chefs, and relish a lavish 6-course dining experience featuring wine pairings, interactive chef moments, a lively atmosphere, and delightful surprises throughout!
To date, ARCA has played host to award-winning chefs Kiko Martins, Vitor Sobral, Schilo Van Coevorden, and Jonathan Zandbergen.
