Award-winning restaurant Taiko, at Amsterdam’s Conservatorium hotel, redefines contemporary Asian cuisine, whilst ARCA brings to life modern Portuguese cuisine with Asian influences, so the two are the perfect match.
You might be used to chef Schilo crafting Taiko’s exquisite Asian masterpieces, and Henrique masterminding the pass of ARCA’s modern Portuguese kitchen.
