INTRODUCING THE CHEEK-Y ASIAN SANDWICH

ARCA Bar joins forces with Amsterdam’s sando hotspot – InBread – with our very own concept chef Henrique Sa Pessoa** creating a CHEEK-Y Asian Sando of the Month together with the InBread boys.

Delicious, delicate and packed with flavour. An oozing honey-soy-cured egg yolk, the tenderest of slow-cooked pork cheek bursting with Portuguese flavours, spring onion, spinach and Japanese mayo sandwiched between two fluffy slices of Japanese milk pillows.

Speaking with Henrique, Rodrigo & the Inbread guys: “We are all aligned with our love of Asian flavours so we had a lot of fun together and we got to bring in Portuguese flavours that we at Inbread hadn’t played with before. The favourite bits of the sando? How tender the succulent pork cheek is, which will leave the juice dribbling down your chin, whilst the crispy chilli honey soy-cured egg yolk will give you just the right amount of spice & stickiness.”
