On Tuesday 30th May, Henrique Sá Pessoa & the ARCA team welcome Brazilian-Portuguese Chef Kiko Martins, one of Portugal’s foremost celebrity chefs responsible for the highly recognisable gastronomic gem A Cevicheria, O Talho – Lisbon’s greatest butcher, and five other popular restaurants in the city, for the 4th edition of ARCA Behind the Pass, an exciting series of chef collaborations.
Chef Kiko’s passion is to share the luck he’s had discovering the world over the years with Portugal, serving up surprising flavours, smells, tastes and traditions at the table whether Peruvian, Asian, Brazilian or Hawaiian. For one night only he brings this mission to Amsterdam together with Henrique.
With both chefs flying in especially for the occasion and being not only two of the fiercest leaders of modern Portuguese cuisine, but also long-term friends, expect a fun and memorable evening celebrating an innovative fusion of Portuguese and Asian cuisine, inspired by flavours from all over the world.
The event starts at 6PM at ARCA Bar and tickets include a welcome drink, chance to mingle with the chefs, extravagant 6 course dinner, wine pairing, water, tea & coffee.
