THE EXHIBITION STORY

Second Nature, curated by NOCKNOCK Art, invites a moment of pause and reflection on our relationship with the world around us. Focusing on the growing distance between human behaviour and the natural world, and how overconsumption has become embedded in everyday life. Through diverse artistic approaches, Second Nature positions nature as both a source of inspiration and an urgent call to action.

Some artists work directly with discarded materials, giving ‘waste’ a second life, while others interpret nature itself, allowing natural processes to guide their creations. By connecting art and nature, Second Nature encourages more sustainable thinking—imagining a future where sustainability becomes our true second nature.
