New Summer Menu
Rooted in nostalgia, seasonality and storytelling, each dish reinterprets familiar Portuguese flavours through a refined and contemporary lens, resulting in a collection of signature plates designed for surprise, sharing and discovery, along with two new tasting menus – the Classico 3-course menu and the Best of ARCA 5-course menu, a generous spread of the most indulgent dishes on the menu.

The Menu
Each dish reimagines classic flavours with a refined, contemporary twist and some new heroes you don’t want to miss.
The menu features Arroz de Lavagante, ARCA’s first lobster rice dish, featuring oven-baked rice with lemongrass, ginger and lemon-chilli aioli mayonnaise. Lírio, Gaspacho Verde, Coentros a citrus-cured yellowtail served with a vibrant green gazpacho and the Vieira, Ervilha, Dashi de Presunto fresh seared scallops served with pea purée emulsionated with mint tea, crispy Iberian ham and a delicate ham dashi. Inspired by the classic Portuguese combination of peas, ham and shellfish, revisited in ARCA’s style.
